Smoker Bag



Just so you know, this is a Smoker Bag. You might want to start checking around to see if you can find them locally. Sometimes you can and sometimes you can’t. I have found the most consistent supplier is the importer, Met Imports. You can buy one or you can buy one dozen. They come in two varieties, Alder for fish and seafood and Hickory for beef, chicken, pork and lamb. If you have foodie friends, buy a dozen and share. I am telling you this now for two reasons. First, grilling season is just around the corner. For many of us, its all year-round. Second, I have several recipes that I am getting ready to share with you and I don’t want you to be caught unawares. The recipes are simple (as in, put food in bag, seal bag, put bag in oven, forget about it), tender, juicy and very, very tasty. If you don’t know about these yet, you’re going to wonder where they’ve been hiding.
