Scrambled Eggs with Cream Cheese & Salami

Ingredients

  • 6 eggs
  • 1 – 1 ½ C chopped hard salami (or Genoa if you prefer)
  • 1 - 8 oz pkg of cream cheese, room temperature
  • Splash of milk
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 2 – 3 tbsp chives

Directions

Chop the salami and set aside.

Cube the room-temperature cream cheese and set aside.

Carefully crack your eggs into a bowl so as not to get any shells in them.

Add milk, salt, pepper.

Whisk lightly to mix.

Melt butter in preheated pan.

Cook over medium low heat until almost done to your desired consistency. Some people like theirs soft, others, not so much.

Add salami, cream cheese.

Add chives and finish.
