Potato Chip Appetizer

This barely qualifies as a recipe because they are ridiculously easy to make. And, that’s a good thing because you’ll need a lot of them.

Potato Chip Appetizer

Ingredients

  • Potato chips (Kettle Brand Krinkle Cut w/Salt and Pepper are HIGHLY recommend)
  • Lox
  • Sour Cream
  • Chives (dried or fresh)

Directions

Open the potato chip bag and place chips on a serving platter of your choice. Kettle Brand Krinkle Cut are highly recommended because they are thick-cut and hold up really well.

Place a piece of lox on each chip that almost covers the chip. Don't make yourself crazy, just get close.

Place a small dollop of sour cream on each chip/lox.

Sprinkle with chives.

Tell your guests two things. First, these are “poppers”. Just pop the whole thing in your mouth. Second, be on time because if they’re not one of the first 3 or 4 people through the door, they’ll be gone! Or, after you set the first batch out, go back to the kitchen and make another batch (or two). You’re gonna need ’em.
