Hot Enough?

There is nothing worse than throwing something in a saute pan and realizing the oil isn’t hot enough. Especially when whatever you just put in is breaded. It just sits there and soaks up oil. To be sure its hot enough, get a little water on you finger tips and flick it into the pan. It will spit and sputter and you know you’re good to go. Just keep your distance.
